At Darwix AI, I build real-time conversational AI infrastructure, from audio-to-NLP call intelligence pipelines to LLM orchestration. My work on the call intelligence pipeline achieved 99%+ uptime.
I built a hybrid retrieval engine combining FAISS and BM25 that achieved sub-500ms P95 query latency across tenants. I also built an Objection Detection Engine that reached 95–98% detection accuracy and reduced false positives by 30–40%.
