I conduct psychology research and train teams through customer-facing retail operations.

I've conducted undergraduate psychology research on Big Five personality traits, marriage opinions, alcohol consumption, and suicide risk factors. I created surveys in Qualtrics and interpreted statistics using SPSS.

At Publix, I recruit and train new employees, manage food and supply inventory, and meet with management on profit and shrink targets. Previously at Kroger, I worked as a Starbucks barista, became a certified trainer, and supported e-commerce operations.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and have passed the GACE Content Assessment in Behavioral Science.
