I’m looking for a role where I can combine accurate scheduling, professional communication, and strong organization to meet deadlines, support customers and teams, and deliver quality results—whether in operations, admin coordination, or customer-facing support.

I’m a detail-focused Commissary Baker and Administrative Assistant who keeps operations running smoothly through accuracy, strong communication, and reliable follow-through. I prioritize recipes, measurements, and food safety compliance while staying organized and productive in fast-paced environments.

In my current role, I complete recipes and bake pastries to spec, create monthly specials with team and supervisor input, and ensure daily product fulfillment for orders sent to corresponding cafes. I also maintain a clean, organized kitchen to optimize safety and productivity.

Previously, I supported scheduling and coordination as an Administrative Assistant by answering calls professionally, balancing multiple calendars, and coordinating with regions across the U.S. I also handled paid-check input in Xero, edited residential photography and short clips for social media, and supported showroom guests with demos when needed.
