At EPAM Technology, I design and deploy production AI solutions spanning LLMs, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, intelligent automation, and machine learning. I build enterprise knowledge applications with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and evaluation workflows that improve reliability.

Previously at Rackspace Technology, I productionized forecasting, anomaly detection, customer intelligence, NLP automation, and operational analytics systems. I built distributed pipelines processing approximately 2 TB of operational data daily and transformer-based NLP solutions handling more than 500,000 support tickets annually.

I take AI systems from data preparation and experimentation through model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. My production stack includes Python, Databricks, Apache Spark, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, and cloud platforms.

I also mentor engineers and data scientists through architecture reviews, deployment workflows, development practices, and production support.
