Senior Software Engineer at Google who rebuilt Google Vids exports, cutting failures from 7–10% to below 0.5%.

Message

At Google, I rebuilt Google Vids’ synchronous export pipeline as a fault-tolerant distributed workflow, reducing export failures from 7–10% to below 0.5% and preview latency to 12 seconds. I also redesigned Looker Studio migrations around replayable, validated events, making failures attributable and recoverable.

Across Google Keep, Google Fit, Google Lens, and Microsoft products including Cortana and Bing, I improved latency, reliability, and data integrity through asynchronous processing, orchestration, and validation systems. At Microsoft, I reduced Cortana timeout-driven failures by approximately 60% and improved Bing dense-query median aggregation latency by 42% in a production experiment.
