I’m a computational biologist and vaccine researcher focused on decoding complex host–immune interactions using systems biology principles. I design data-driven research that turns molecular signals into actionable insights for public health.

Through independent work, I’m structuring and shaping a 1-year prospective cohort study to evaluate the efficacy and immunological responses of the R21 Matrix/M malaria vaccine. I apply systems biology concepts to interpret pediatric immune responses and to make the science usable for decision-making.

I bring strong computational depth across Python and R, including Pandas/NumPy for custom scripting and analysis, and R tools like DESeq, Seurat, and scRNA-Seq pipelines. I also work with bioinformatics approaches such as GWAS, PRS, and genomic data analysis, supported by statistical data analysis and dynamical modeling.

Beyond research, I translate complexity through teaching and scientific communication. As a biology and chemistry science educator, I mentor students in empirical project design and data collection, and I develop scenario-based learning and biological infographics to strengthen scientific literacy.
