I graduated in the summer semester of 2022/2023 from Arab Open University, where I developed a solid foundation in application development, configuration management, and database design. My academic background has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in the tech industry.

During my tenure at Al-Zahra Construction Company, I provided technical support for hardware and software systems, troubleshooting network and system issues effectively. I was responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and network equipment, which allowed me to enhance my problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. My peers frequently praised my communication skills, and I take pride in my ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
