What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve complex, performance-critical problems in products where correctness, scalability, reliability, and low-latency execution matter.

I lead backend development for Afiniti’s Mega ACD platform, building high-availability services for real-time agent communication across distributed systems.

I architect microservices using REST, WebSocket, and gRPC, design shared-memory communication for low-latency paths, and integrate OpenAI-based services through reliable Python integrations. I also provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, benchmarking, and production-focused performance optimization.

Previously, I built real-time drone ground-control software at STM and large-scale rail simulation systems at Savronik, including train physics, signaling, scenario control, reporting, and ERTMS-compliant analyzer modules used by Turkish Railways for professional training.
