What I'm looking for

I'm seeking QA Manager, Test Manager, QA Delivery Manager, Senior Test Lead, or Automation Test Lead opportunities, including remote or international roles, where I can lead quality governance, delivery planning, automation, and stakeholder communication.

I've led end-to-end QA delivery for Control Center at Alight Solutions through Relevance Lab, covering test strategy, planning, execution, UAT, release readiness, production validation, and quality-risk reporting.

I coordinate QA engineers, developers, business analysts, and project managers across Agile/Scrum delivery, while managing defect triage, stakeholder validation, release planning, and sprint-end product demonstrations. My work spans insurance, banking, healthcare, e-commerce, education, and enterprise applications, including Edelweiss Tokio Insurance, Flying Money Tokens, and Mobile Device Management System projects.

I'm hands-on with Playwright, Functionize, Postman, JMeter, Jira, Zephyr, SQL, Kibana, Power BI, and mobile testing tools. I focus on quality governance, delivery predictability, meaningful quality metrics, and continuous improvement.
