At Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL), I operate the .bd and .বাংলা registry and national authoritative DNS, including its DNSSEC platform. I was part of the team that restored .bd resolution after the April 2024 DNSSEC key rollover outage.
I also built a DNS abuse detection pipeline using Zeek, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Python to flag domains for review. My incident response work includes investigating infrastructure incidents and writing root-cause and impact reports, as well as recovering BTCL’s mail server after a disk failure.
