Alma Ayala Kennedy

I’m currently working as a Professional Medical Assistant (10/2025–current) at the Center for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Elisabethenstift, where I handle patient reception, care, and education. I also manage and maintain patient files, documents, and records with an organized, detail-focused approach.

Before that, I worked as a Receptionist (01/2025–09/2025) at Kennfel Training Center. I welcomed and assisted members, managed check-ins, updated member data, and handled cash transactions and payments while maintaining friendly client communication.

During my internship year (03/2024–12/2024) at Hospital de Clínicas, San Lorenzo, Paraguay, I participated in ward rounds and clinical meetings. Under supervision, I conducted patient medical history interviews (anamnesis) and performed blood draws and ECGs, while observing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures across multiple departments including Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry, Primary Care, Oncology, and Hematology.

I earned my MD (2018–2024) from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Universidad Nacional de Asunción, graduating with honors (Dean’s List / Honor Roll 2024). I also co-authored a scientific article on De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis in Medical Students, and I bring strong self-management, problem-solving, and customer-focused communication to every patient interaction.
