Proposed and shipped Swift Agents Forms, supporting hosted forms and website integrations, submission tracking, and company-scoped TanStack Query data flows. Built searchable agent knowledge-base workflows and resolved a production issue with chatbot script mounting.

Architecting three Next.js applications for a multi-tenant short-let platform, including manager and agent portals and a marketing site. Built organization switching, scoped TanStack Query caching, multi-step booking flows, and price previews.

Built Slack activity notifications for Hook Point, matching customers to existing Slack threads by client name and consultation type, and documented setup and operation.

Served as the sole frontend engineer in a five-person startup, owning frontend architecture and implementation through multiple product pivots. Designed a multi-tenant React/TypeScript frontend with Apollo Client and GraphQL code generation, and delivered the Workday experience with task tracking and productivity grades.

Architected the Sanity CMS for Lightfield with reusable page sections, live preview, and editable navigation and SEO. Collaborated to automate GrowthLoop content migration and delivered Storyblok CMS setups across multiple client sites.

Built client, freelancer, and admin workflows for a marketplace, including project applications, transactions, disputes, and real-time messaging. Implemented Sentry monitoring and worked with backend engineering to consolidate dashboard data, improving load times from 4-6 seconds to around 1 second.

Owned learner, expert, and admin frontend delivery, shipping video/course workflows, live sessions, quizzes, moderation, and reporting dashboards. Mentored an intern and improved page performance through code splitting and lazy loading.

Identified and resolved a performance bottleneck by coordinating server-side pagination, reducing dashboard load times from 5-6 seconds to 1-2 seconds. Built an interactive trip planner with Google Maps and optimistic updates, and developed data-heavy dashboards and a Vue/Nuxt education platform with localization.
