I’m a customer-focused retail associate with experience supporting busy store teams and helping customers quickly find the right products. From the front of store to apparel sales, I bring a friendly, professional approach that keeps service accurate and timely.

In my current role, I assist 10–20 customers with product selection while handling inquiries with care. I utilize in-store systems and online ordering platforms to process orders efficiently, including preparing and packaging groceries for pickup with quality, freshness, and safety standards.

Previously, I handled merchandise display, organization, and replenishment, keeping the sales floor well stocked and visually organized. I guided customers to desired products with professionalism and strong customer service during peak store hours.

Earlier, I worked at the Salisbury University Library as a shelver and at the circulation desk, where I worked independently to shelve books efficiently and assisted students in finding research materials. I also supported patrons through check-in and check-out, strengthening my attention to detail, organization, and time management.
