What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my leadership and analytical skills to legal operations and compliance roles—building scalable workflows, improving throughput and quality, and partnering with teams to modernize systems and standards that hold up under high volume.

I’m a licensed attorney and operations leader with five years of experience building and running high-volume legal and regulatory functions. I’ve earned a track record of standing up new departments from the ground up—designing systems, technology-enabled workflows, and standard operating procedures that measurably improve throughput and quality.

In my current role as a Senior Attorney, I serve as a reviewing and signing attorney on complex federal petitions and oversee attorney review across 3,000+ clients. I built the firm’s Request for Evidence (RFE) and Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response function from the ground up, created quality-control protocols, trained staff to run the lane independently, and reduced a review backlog from nearly 400 cases to under 100 in a single quarter.

I also lead cross-functional teams and bring “systems thinking” to legal work—supervising 6 senior paralegals, 4 paralegals, and 10+ interviewers, and deploying case-management systems and AI-assisted workflows to improve pipeline visibility, task tracking, and production quality. I’m hands-on with statutory, regulatory, and policy analysis, drafting complex written responses and internal strategy memoranda, and I joined firm management in 2025 to contribute to firm-wide operational restructuring and quality standards.
