I’m an engineering student with proven experience in customer service, team leadership, and technical applications. I’m recognized for my strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to maintaining safe and efficient work environments.

In past roles, I delivered high-quality customer support in fast-paced settings as a Waitress/Cashier, managed cash register operations with accuracy, and maintained cleanliness while adhering to food safety and workplace safety standards. I also supported structured educational activities for children, collaborating with teammates to improve program effectiveness and enforcing safety guidelines to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.

Currently, I’m building my engineering foundation through a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Manufacturing at Fitchburg State University (Aug 2022–Present). I bring hands-on strengths across AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, CNC machining & programming, robotics programming, electrical systems & circuit design, OSHA 10 safety knowledge, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools—ready to apply my problem-solving and attention to detail in a dynamic, professional setting.
