What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead BMS/EV powertrain R&D end-to-end—combining AUTOSAR software and SOX/SOC algorithms with HIL validation—while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready outcomes.

I’m an electrical engineer with 15+ years of experience in Battery Management System (BMS) development, EV/hybrid powertrain engineering, and R&D management. I lead end-to-end work from concept to validation, including AUTOSAR-enabled software development, SOX/SOC algorithm design, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.

In my most recent role, I develop Application Software for high-voltage battery BMS systems and build SOX algorithms across multiple OEM programs, delivering HV BMS and Battery Passport solutions supported by architecture, algorithm design, and HIL testing. Earlier, as an R&D Unit Manager and R&D Executive, I managed concurrent R&D programs, drove cross-department coordination, owned FMEA/Kaizen activities, and led supplier communication and localization—translating customer and system requirements into measurable technical progress.
