What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day operations, support people with dignity, and create inclusive programming. I want a team that values safety, training, and measurable impact—whether in community services or mission-driven marine work.

I’m a Marine Biodiversity and Conservation-trained professional with hands-on experience across education, conservation fieldwork, and service operations. My background blends scientific diving and restoration with people-centered leadership and safety-first instruction.

As an Upper Keys Program Manager with Monroe Association for Remarkable Citizens (MARC), I manage daily operations of day programs supporting adults with developmental disabilities. I supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with Florida APD guidelines, and I develop individualized service plans in collaboration with families and support teams.

I also bring strong training and customer-facing skills from years as a PADI IDC Staff Dive Instructor and dive professional. I teach recreational SCUBA programs, guide divers, and consistently support bookings, logistics, and safety protocols while managing day-to-day front-of-house operations.

Before moving fully into program leadership, I strengthened my service and operational foundation through roles including Virtual Customer Service at Amazon and Office Coordinator work supporting real estate agents with listing management and billing. I’m energized by roles where I can combine inclusion, structured planning, and real-world field expertise to deliver dependable outcomes.
