I've spent more than 20 years supporting military medicine, medical education, and nonprofit operations at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine.

As Senior Education Research Coordinator, I managed 315+ non-federal education and endowment accounts across military branches and administered more than $1M in annual funding. I oversaw disbursements, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, procurement, and travel grant programs.

I build relationships with corporate sponsors, nonprofit partners, private donors, military medical facilities, vendors, and internal teams to keep education programs moving. I also coordinated cross-functional workflows spanning finance, legal, travel, and corporate stakeholders.

Earlier in my career, I directed day-to-day military medical education operations, supervised Education Team staff, developed SOPs, conducted account audits, and supported conferences and speaker events. I bring hands-on experience in financial oversight, donor relations, process improvement, and operational coordination.
