I’m a detail-oriented Engineering professional with a Diploma in Engineering and hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D & 3D (basic) drafting. I focus on accurate technical drawings and clear technical documentation, while staying organized and reliable in day-to-day work.

In my role as a Sub Engineer — Site & Client Coordination, Technical Documentation, I coordinated with clients, landowners, and project teams on site requirements and property layouts. I prepared and maintained technical drawings, project records, and property documentation, managed reports and file organization, and acted as a point of contact for day-to-day communication between clients and the technical team.

I’m solution-focused and highly attentive to detail, with strong client relationship and team collaboration skills. I’m seeking to bring my technical drawing skills, client coordination experience, and engineering background to a Real Estate role—supporting property documentation, floor plan and site plan preparation, project coordination, and client-facing technical support.
