At GWC, I analyzed operational audit data across two warehouse functions and more than 50 compliance checkpoints, identifying improvements estimated to reduce audit review time by 18%. I also partnered with operations, HR, and compliance teams on workflow documentation, screened 85+ logistics candidates, and supported safety initiatives affecting more than 200 employees.

At GAC, I used WMS data across four warehouse facilities to monitor inbound and outbound operations and built KPI reports for inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and warehouse productivity. My analysis of 5,000+ SKUs supported procurement planning and reduced projected stockouts by 15% and excess inventory by 10%.

I'm building on this experience through an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and hands-on optimization work in demand forecasting, ABC classification, EOQ, reorder points, safety stock, Excel dashboards, Python, SQL, and Tableau.
