I am a licensed Civil Engineer with over 11 years' experience in infrastructure development, project management, materials quality assurance, and safety standards in the Philippines. I lead planning, design, supervision, and implementation of roads, bridges, drainage systems, and public buildings to ensure compliance with approved specifications and Department Orders.

I have strong site coordination skills, prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs, and perform inspections and punchlists for government infrastructure projects. I supervise rectification works, manage contractors and subcontractors, and provide timely, accurate reports to supervisors while maintaining project schedules and quality.

I am proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Planswift, STAAD, ArcGIS, MS Office, and cost estimation tools. I am safety- and quality-conscious, highly organized, proactive, and committed to public service and emergency response during disasters.
