At Pronto+, I kept Linux clusters and Windows Server 2019 systems available for 24/7 financial operations. I handled production incidents from detection through remediation and reduced recurring incidents through root-cause analysis and preventive fixes.

At IDDigital – Abitab, I designed observability dashboards with Zabbix and Grafana and centralized corporate logs with Graylog and OpenSearch. I also recovered and reactivated an IBM Storwize SAN that had been out of service for more than two years.

At ETECSA, I provided Level 3 support for mission-critical, high-availability infrastructure and administered RHEL and SUSE platforms. I implemented proactive monitoring with Nagios and Check_MK.

In personal projects, I designed Kubernetes infrastructure for e-commerce and automated a three-tier web architecture with Ansible. I’m an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and my hands-on project work includes Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Python/Flask.
