What I'm looking for

I’m looking for 100% remote leadership roles in startups and scale-ups where data and AI are core to the product, with opportunities to build scalable platforms, lead distributed teams, and turn data into clear business outcomes.

At the United Nations, I design and maintain resilient data infrastructure with embedded privacy features, using Privacy by Design principles and privacy-enhancing technologies such as anonymization, pseudonymization, encryption, and synthetic data.

Previously at Raccoon Marketing Digital, I built the Information Security department from the ground up, hired and managed the team, and implemented LGPD, ISO 27001, and NIST programs. I’ve also developed web and mobile applications, automation scripts, and security consulting solutions as an independent consultant.
