What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my contract, compliance, data management, and process-improvement experience in a cross-functional role where I can resolve complex operational issues, improve reporting, and support critical business priorities.

I'm supporting Owens & Minor's healthcare supply chain operations by maintaining GPO, IHN, and membership contract data in SAP. I process affiliations, tier activations, and contract modifications while meeting compliance standards.

I'm a primary resource for Premier and HealthTrust higher-tier price activations and resolve escalations involving customer migrations, eligibility, rebates, pricing, and membership. I work across Contract Management, Pricing, Chargebacks, Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service to deliver timely resolutions.

Previously, I coordinated policy, compliance, procurement, vendor evaluation, KPI tracking, and audits for Richmond Behavioral Health Authority and LIHTC programs. I also partnered with VITA to design systems for tracking tax-credit compliance.

At CoStar Group, I managed 14 commercial real estate researchers, introduced agile methods and SOPs, and standardized Homes.com data integration processes for more than 150 researchers. Across research roles, I supported data integrations, completed comparable sales reports worth $20B, and helped curate missing sales-comps data.
