I’m a B.S Undergraduate Student in Biological Sciences with a robust foundation in customer service and clinical settings. I’ve built strong interpersonal and analytical skills through hands-on patient documentation, team collaboration, and real-time clinical work. My goal is to enhance patient care quality through a career in medicine, leveraging my biology background and passion for innovative healthcare solutions.
In my current role as a Medical Scribe, I transcribe patient histories, physical exams, and clinical assessments in real-time during encounters. I also record radiation plans (including IMRT and SBRT with dosages and fractionation schedules), review and summarize pathology, radiology (PET/CT, MRI), and laboratory reports, and prepare physician orders for staging scans, labs, and specialist referrals.
Previously, I strengthened my communication and reliability as a Customer Service Representative, and I continue to bring that same empathy and professionalism into healthcare. I’m also a Certified Orthopedic Technician and Certified EKG Technician, trained in reading EKGs, conducting 12-lead EKGs, applying casts, and applying splints; I’ve supplemented this with hospital volunteering and ongoing shadowing and research experiences.
