I’m a bilingual health student working toward a Bachelor of Science in Health from the University of Houston, with a minor in Biology and Sociology. During my Spring 2024 Research Internship, I supported undergraduate research on student empowerment initiatives by coordinating QR code distribution, helping monitor timely data collection, and providing feedback on research processes.
Since August 2025, I’ve been a Medical Assistant at Foot & Ankle Doctors PLLC, where I perform patient intake, accurately document medical histories in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), record vital signs, and assist providers during exams and procedures.
