I am an alumna of Texas Woman's University seeking further education in the medical field, with over 100 hours of shadowing directly behind an MD and an optimistic, growth-oriented approach to my career.
I work as a medical assistant in a small practice where I perform phlebotomy, give vaccinations and therapeutic injections, take patient vitals, order tests, and handle administrative tasks such as phone calls, faxes, and insurance coordination.
My hospitality experience as a server and bartender taught me customer service, multitasking, effective time management, and how to perform under pressure; I was promoted through multiple roles there.
I am active in healthcare-related clubs and have received multiple education grants; I finished my university studies early and am eager to join a team where I can grow clinically, build long-term connections, and continue learning.
