At Orion Innovation Turkey, I lead global product support and organization-wide AI adoption, helping technical teams apply AI to practical engineering and operational workflows.
I also lead privacy engineering initiatives, translating GDPR requirements into workable solutions. The GDPR PROCESSOR, now live organization wide, transforms sensitive data into anonymized data for use across engineering and support environments.
At Netaş, I led global Product Support and Design teams for telecommunications platforms including Centrex IP and Media Gateway 9000. Earlier, I provided global support for Centrex IP Gateway and designed and developed software for Media Gateway 9000.
My projects have included a sign language gesture translation tool, a drone-based surveillance system using facial recognition, and a time-series model that forecast customer ticket volumes with prediction error within approximately ±5%.
