In my current role as Head Incharge (HI) / Area Manager (AM) at PROBITY SECURITY AND ALLIED SERVICES (PROBITY LOGISTICS), I oversee the logistics department and manage a team to execute delivery and inventory management tasks. I coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure an efficient flow from suppliers to end customers.

I strengthen performance by managing carrier and third-party logistics provider relationships, and by implementing new logistics technologies that increased operational efficiency by 100%. I also conduct regular audits and inventory checks, reducing loss by 95% through improved tracking methods.

With a strong focus on data, I analyze logistics data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and optimize operations using tools like Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI. I’m familiar with GPS routing and tracking systems, and I apply risk assessment and compliance knowledge (e.g., DOT and customs compliance) to support reliable, well-governed logistics execution.
