At Zindagi Trust, I provide individual and group counselling for KG–Grade 10 students across a 3,000+ student school community, while managing child protection and safeguarding cases. I also co-developed an evidence-informed SEL curriculum, helped shape the School Counselling Policy, and delivered safeguarding and emotional-regulation training for approximately 100 teachers.
I've also supported students, staff, and families at Karachi Grammar School and provided psychotherapy, assessments, crisis intervention, and parent counselling in clinical settings. My work brings together child and adolescent mental health, school wellbeing, preventive care, and practical collaboration with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals.
