After nearly 10 years supporting more than 3,000 workstations at the National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology, I transitioned from enterprise IT support into building a business in Mersin, Turkey.

As co-founder of a flower shop, I helped launch and grow a successful, profitable business. I developed long-term vision, product roadmaps, go-to-market, sales and marketing strategies, customer acquisition, channel partnerships, and customer success and technical support teams.

As a Product Owner, I managed and prioritized the product backlog, clarified user stories, and worked directly with clients during early product stages. I also partnered with general management to develop functions that supported customer growth and retention, with responsibility for P&L in most projects.

I'm experienced in translating business owners' needs into technical specifications and would like to work with geo-distributed teams, including technical teams across Germany, Spain, Egypt, and the UAE.
