I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 18 years in telecommunications billing systems, where I focus on production quality assurance, risk-based testing, and reliable test automation.

I’ve refactored and modularised cross-layer Selenium frameworks spanning web UI and microservices, improving reuse and maintainability across release cycles. I test UI, API, and batch-processing layers—including REST APIs and SOAP/XML integrations—so teams can prevent downstream billing and invoicing failures rather than react late.

Over the years, I’ve integrated automated testing into Jenkins-based CI pipelines, stabilised flaky suites, and built bespoke automation and instrumentation when standard tooling wasn’t enough. I’ve also used lightweight performance monitoring for billing systems, visualised in Elastic/Kibana, to support actionable coverage against real-world behaviour.

I value pragmatic collaboration—backlog refinement, design discussions, and release planning—where I’m known for identifying edge cases early in SDLC and auditing production defect patterns to keep test coverage aligned with user impact. I also bring domain depth from my earlier work in billing operations (~10 million customer accounts) and from co-founding RepCinema.com, where I build scraping workflows with Selenium and Playwright for data quality in constantly changing environments.
