Alex Kirkos

At Niki Inox S.A., I lead quality control for finished products and production workflows in an ISO 9001 environment. I train production staff, investigate recurring issues, develop improvement plans, and provide after-sales technical support.

Previously, at Afoi Kompatsiari, I organized daily production operations, managed shift workers, and coordinated between cooking, planning, logistics, and production teams. I also oversaw Apack and Hefestus packaging lines while ensuring compliance with ISO, IFS Food, and HALAL standards.

I'm currently building on my Chemical Engineering background through an MSc in Data Analysis & Artificial Intelligence at the University of Essex. I develop machine-learning models in Python and R, work with SQL databases, and communicate data findings to non-technical audiences.

My engineering foundation includes process control, optimization, automation, UniSim simulation, MATLAB, and experimental materials research at CERTH. I bring practical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and quality-focused problem solving to manufacturing and data-driven roles.
