I’m looking for an LPN role where I can lead nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams—delivering empathetic, patient-centered support in fast-paced clinical environments.

I’m a compassionate and dependable Ohio board-certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong healthcare foundation that began at age 16. I bring experience as an STNA, EMT-B, caregiver, and nursing leadership across long-term care, memory care, home health, emergency medical services, and neuro transitional care.

I currently serve as an LPN Nurse Supervisor in a neuro transitional care setting, where I provide nursing supervision and leadership, coordinate patient care plans, and oversee daily clinical operations. I administer medications, assess patient conditions, respond to changes in status, and support nursing staff while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
