What I'm looking for

I seek a people-centered role applying forensic and I/O psychology to assessments, program design, and DEI-focused initiatives that drive measurable organizational and community impact.

I am a cum laude Psychology graduate with focused experience in forensic psychology, psychological assessment, and Industrial-Organizational practice. I combine rigorous academic training with hands-on experience evaluating mental health and supporting legal and clinical decisions.

As a Forensic Psychology Intern at the National Center for Mental Health, I conducted standardized testing and competency evaluations that informed legal and clinical outcomes. I apply data-driven methods and quantitative and qualitative research design to produce actionable findings.

My advocacy work includes leading regional youth initiatives on gender and reproductive health and designing outreach programs that served 300+ young people. I emphasize people-centered leadership, inclusion, and evidence-based program planning to enhance organizational impact.
