Alexia Fuentes

At UT Pediatric Surgery, I provide outpatient care for pediatric and adult surgical patients, including burn assessment and triage, wound care, post-operative management, and procedural assistance.

I coordinate care in the Comprehensive Congenital Colorectal Program, scheduling appointments, imaging, surgeries, and procedures while educating patients and caregivers on g-tube and ostomy care. I advocate for families and collaborate with providers, DME companies, and insurers to help patients navigate complex care.

Through The Fertility Concierge, I administer fertility injections in patients’ homes, verify medications against individualized protocols, and document care accurately in UnifyTime.

I’ve also supported vaginal and cesarean births at The Woman’s Hospital and built strong organization, communication, and service skills as the owner and operator of Coco’s Cakes and Cookies. I bring compassionate, bilingual English-Spanish communication to fast-paced patient-care environments.
