At Okta, I rebuilt the company-wide route for requesting work from my team, pairing Asana and Slack automations with hands-on internal adoption. I also led program management for Oktane, supporting roughly 15,000 in-person and digital attendees across the event app, oktane.com, livestreaming, registration, and session catalogue.

Across ServiceNow, Meta, YouTube, Walmart e-Commerce, Apple, Burberry, and agency work, I've brought structure to complex creative, digital, and cross-functional delivery. I use governance, reporting, Agile methods, and practical teaching to help teams work differently—and bring people with me.
