What I'm looking for

I want a role in land/real estate fieldwork and research where I can apply GIS and data analysis to support valuations, land administration, and evidence-based recommendations—while learning from strong teams and impactful projects.

I am a BSc Land Economy graduate from KNUST (First Class Honours), driven by improving land systems through evidence-based research and practical field work. My undergraduate thesis, “Ground Rent Administration in Ghana: Concept and Practices,” used a mixed-methods approach to evaluate real implementation challenges and propose recommendations.

I have contributed to research and publications on Ghana’s urban housing deficit and the role of urban agriculture in food security and sustainability. As a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Department of Land Economy, I supported literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and I helped guide final-year thesis projects while organizing tutorials and quizzes.

In professional roles, I conducted rapid and built assets surveys for compulsory acquisition, supported property valuations at the Lands Commission, and assisted stool land administration through assessments and demand notice distribution. I also bring GIS and field data skills from experiences including land inspections, file management, and forestry monitoring.
