What I'm looking for
I’m a results-oriented NGO leader and administrator with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies with Economics and an HND in Estate Management. I combine leadership, administrative execution, and data handling to support programs that reach communities effectively.
As West Africa Camp President for Gideons International, I provide leadership and coordination for organizational activities across Ghana West Africa. I supervise Bible distribution programmes and community outreach, manage membership registration and accurate records, and coordinate planning and implementation while engaging stakeholders to keep teams aligned.
Previously, I served as a District Registration Officer at the National Identification Authority (NIA), where I coordinated district-level national identification registration. I collected, verified, and managed citizen registration data, planned and supervised field registration operations, supported recruitment and training, and prepared operational reports to ensure compliance.
I’ve also worked as a Supervisor and Field Operations lead, including roles with the Forestry Commission (YEA Programme) and at Unifax Roofings and Systems. Across these positions, I’m recognized for strong supervision, report writing and documentation, time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
