Alex Clementi

I am a product and UX/UI designer with 4+ years building scalable B2B, B2C and SaaS products, grounded in psychology and human-centered design. I combine UX research, prototyping, accessibility and design systems to solve complex product challenges.

At my current role I improved B2B commerce flows, revamped marketplaces, and built three design systems that reduced variants by ~50% while meeting WCAG 2.1 standards. I also led research efforts including moderated interviews, surveys and A/B testing to inform dozens of design iterations.

Previously I boosted e-commerce conversion and applied neuromarketing and eyetracking insights to redesign key pages, and delivered tailored healthcare mobile apps balancing user needs with industry constraints. I contributed to a global VR research initiative addressing COVID-19’s psychological impact and co-authored a journal article.

I partner effectively with international cross-functional teams using Agile practices, and leverage AI-driven design tools to continuously improve product experience and engagement. I seek roles where I can drive measurable UX outcomes and scale design systems across products.
