I am a Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams of 40+ members to deliver complex embedded software projects. I combine Agile and traditional methodologies to improve delivery speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

As a Product Owner and Scrum Master, I manage backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning using MoSCoW and Value vs Effort prioritization, and I write clear requirements and test acceptance criteria to ensure feature readiness and quality.

My technical background as a Senior Software Developer working with AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive), MATLAB/Simulink, Embedded C, and MISRA/MAAB standards strengthens my ability to bridge engineering and product needs while mitigating technical risks and ensuring compliance.
