I am a versatile office manager with strong planning and problem-solving skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have a proven track record of adapting to change, working independently, and exceeding expectations. I am able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

In my current role as an Accounting Assistant at PA Lumbermens Mutual Ins. Co., I am responsible for reviewing, vouchering, and coding expenses for payment. I also assist with the payment process for regulatory taxes, licenses, and fees, as well as cash disbursements. I ensure proper expense coding for regulatory and internal management purposes and support other members of the accounting staff as needed. Additionally, I have experience in general ledger posting and preparing tax returns.

Prior to my current role, I worked as an Inventory Control Supervisor at Bartash Printing, Inc. In this role, I planned and coordinated an inventory control program, providing root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies. I coordinated processes to improve inventory accuracy and supervised and coordinated activities of inventory control teams. I trained and advised employees on inventory control methods and reported daily on inventory accuracy. I also analyzed cycle count records and other inventory measurements for accuracy and recommended remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
