I lead clinical research pharmacy work at Veterans Affairs Cooperative Studies Program, supporting multicenter trials through study start-up, investigational drug handling, regulatory documentation, drug supply, and pharmaceutical industry coordination.
At University of New Mexico Hospital, I round with internal medicine teams across neurology, surgery, and sub-acute services, providing clinical interventions, medication optimization, order verification, and transitions-of-care support for 30–60 patients. My VA PGY1 ambulatory care and PGY2 psychiatry training built my practice in chronic disease, mental health, pain, anticoagulation, and medication safety.
I also precept pharmacy learners, review for Mental Health Clinician, and contribute research on clinical trial transparency and safer prescribing.
