What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or advise supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations initiatives where I can improve efficiency, ensure continuity of supply, strengthen supplier management, and support data-driven business decisions.

I've led supply chain operations at ECOS for nearly 12 years, managing fuel and biofuel sourcing across demand planning, purchasing, inventory, storage, transportation, and fleet acquisition.

I improved supply continuity through supplier negotiations, risk anticipation, and purchasing strategies that achieved at least 95% contractual supply compliance. I also transitioned a subcontracted operation to an in-house 24/7 dispatch model, standardizing high-risk processes and shift structures.

Now, as an independent consultant, I advise industrial and energy companies on administrative, logistics, and operational processes. I develop indicators and tracking tools that strengthen efficiency, traceability, supplier follow-up, inventory control, and decision-making.
