I’m a cook assistant with hands-on experience in Mexican cuisine and daily restaurant operations. In rush situations at Barbacoa Los Primos, I learned to stay calm, take orders accurately, and keep the service moving.

At Rosa’s Cantina, I cooked different Mexican dishes, trained staff, washed dishes, and helped prepare recipes for sauces. I also supported the team when kitchen staff were in need and can step in to assist across tasks.

I’m used to working with responsibility and consistency, including helping with inventory every night. I aim to grow—my goal is to move up to a night manager position where I can lead and keep operations running smoothly.

I bring a strong people mindset: patience, conflict management, motivation, and teamwork. I enjoy learning, staying flexible with long hours, and contributing to a positive, organized environment.
