I'm testing a live Medusa v2 sports-nutrition e-commerce platform across its web storefront, admin panel, and in-store POS terminal. I analyse Jira tickets, design and execute functional, regression, negative, and exploratory tests, validate API responses and access controls, and build Playwright and TypeScript regression coverage.

I've identified critical payment-capture failures, restricted-role customer-data exposure, POS-blocking permission defects, missing product images, and silent data loss in admin forms. My aviation ground-handling background taught me to verify documents against operational reality, coordinate under pressure, and stop work when the facts do not match.
