What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my operations, troubleshooting, safety, and dispatch experience in a reliable, high-consequence environment while continuing to grow my technical skills in IT, cloud, software engineering, and DevOps.

I'm currently monitoring LNG plant systems, loading 14–16 LNG trucks daily, and maintaining equipment at UGI Energy Services to support safe, compliant operations and reduce downtime.

Previously, I led 911 dispatch shifts, trained new dispatchers, coordinated emergency response, and managed high-volume roadside and fleet dispatch operations. I'm also building software, cloud, IT support, and DevOps knowledge through ongoing professional training.
