At ANZ Banking Group, I work across banking operations, transaction analysis, and operational risk. I trace fund movements and investigate transaction discrepancies to support issue resolution and fraud remediation.
I implemented four process-improvement initiatives across two teams, with estimated combined efficiency benefits equivalent to approximately 3 FTEs. This work included enhancing Excel macros and implementing AI-assisted solutions to address recurring process failures and improve transaction-data extraction accuracy.
I also contribute to User and Business Acceptance Testing, maintain Operational Risk Assessment documentation, and supported Suncorp migration risk assessments. At ANZ, I received both year-end Best Performer awards in FY2023-24, and I’m independently learning Python.
