What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a demanding, growth-oriented role where I can apply my customer service, supply-chain, logistics, dispatch, and technology training experience.

At Index Fresh, I coordinate inbound and outbound distribution and shipping, dispatch local carriers for critical accounts, and troubleshoot system and inventory issues to minimize delays.

I previously supported Niagara Bottling’s logistics operations by tracking pickup and delivery appointments through OTM, managing direct-to-store accounts, optimizing routing and truck utilization, and resolving shipping and receiving issues. I also created transfers, secured capacity for production demands, monitored carrier performance using 214 data, and trained new and existing team members.

Earlier at Fresh & Easy Distribution Center, I supervised inbound operations, managed inventory and orders, analyzed forecast-to-actual sales performance, and trained fulfillment team members.
