What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create added value for both company and client by building robust Pega solutions, streamlining processes, improving user experiences, and collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

At Blue Reply, I support the refactoring of an online insurance platform as a Senior System Architect, helping transition from a national model to a multi-country market approach. I standardized shared components, designed a common ruleset layer, and translated country-specific requirements into tailored applications.

I lead junior Pega architects through code reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on defect resolution, while using Pega best practices across DevOps, RBAC, ABAC, REST connectors, and DX API.

Across Sytel Reply North projects, I developed insurance customer journeys and a web procurement system, bridging client and developer dialogue. I also analyze user issues through Pega Diagnostic Cloud and Splunk to identify root causes and protect system stability.
